The future of rehabilitation

About the MEDIAN Group Lab

Innovative healthcare solutions from diagnosis to treatment and aftercare.

MEDIAN Group Lab's mission

The MEDIAN Group Lab supports MEDIAN Group’s commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred rehabilitation through sustainable, evidence-based innovation.

Healthcare systems across Europe are facing increased clinical complexity, rising demand, and pressure to deliver efficient care. In response, the Lab provides a dedicated hub to develop, test, and evaluate innovative therapeutic approaches.

Our Purpose

Our priority has always been to support patients in achieving the best possible outcomes and quality of life. That’s why we:

  • Evaluate and develop innovative therapy products and services to improve the quality of treatment for our patients
  • Research and promote new concepts and methods to increase the effectiveness, efficiency and accessibility of treatments
  • Ensure the exchange of knowledge, distribution of innovative approaches and integration of best practices across Europe through our International Medical Board

Our Approach

The Lab operates according to the principle of measure, act, know, ensuring that development processes remain consistently evidence-based, grounded in real world application and promise measurable clinical benefit. This means:

  • Identifying clinical and service challenges grounded in practice
  • Piloting and evaluating innovations using validated methods
  • Learning from outcomes to refine and improve interventions

Working with the Lab

The MEDIAN Group Lab works with clinical teams, research institutes, start-ups, and technology leaders to develop and evaluate innovative approaches to rehabilitation and therapy.

We have extensive, hands-on expertise in medical rehabilitation across three European countries with a strong and established market presence.

All collaborations are guided by shared objectives, patient needs and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
